About:
Dr. Ismail Saad holds a Master’s and PhD degree from George Peabody College for Teachers, U.S.A. He completed his Ph.D., (Education) from Vander Bilt University, Nashville Henn, U.S.A. he also establish the Department of Education, University of Karachi in 1979-80.
Dr. Saad has a long teaching and administrative career, mostly focused on professional education and preparation of teachers for special children.
His administrative assignments have included positions such as Vice Chancellor, Hamdard University, Dean Faculty of Education and Social Sciences, Project Director of the Department of Special Education, Chairman of the Department of Education, Registrar of the University of Karachi and the Principal of Jamia Millia College.
Dr. Ismail Saad joined the Department of Special Education in 1988, he is also known as founder of this Department, He has published 4 Books & more than 100 research articles & research papers.
